Reflexology is an ancient, non-invasive complementary therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing. It’s based on the theory that applying pressure to specific points on the face, hands and feet can help aid relaxation, improve mood, release tension, enhance sleep and improve wellbeing.
Facial Reflexology
40 minutes: £35
A wonderful “De-Stress” treatment, using hot towels and the renowned Ziggie Bergman Facial Reflexology Method. Wonderfully soothing and uplifting.
Facial & Feet Reflexology Treat
